Who We are

CIPSOMAN is Oman’s leading specialist training institute dedicated to procurement, supply chain, and contract management professionals. Established in Muscat, CIPSOMAN has been an Approved Study and Examination Centre for the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), United Kingdom, since 2002, delivering internationally recognized qualifications that empower individuals and organizations to achieve excellence in procurement and supply chain management.

With over two decades of experience, CIPSOMAN has successfully supported the professional development of procurement practitioners across Oman and the GCC. To date, we have graduated more than 1,500 CIPS Level 4 Diploma holders and over 100 CIPS Level 2 Certificate graduates, contributing significantly to the advancement of the procurement profession in the Sultanate.
